Ibiza OrgaNICE is founded by Madeleine Thijssen. For almost ten years she worked for different incentive companies in The Netherlands, for many years on freelance base. This proved to be a big advantage as she could get a taste of many different approaches to organize corporate travel, meetings and events. From organizing a simple staff outing to developing elaborate marketing campaigns, from intimate VIP dinners in unique settings to an international congress with 1.000+ delegates, she’s done it all. But after years of intensive worldwide travel it was time to settle down and by lucky coincidence she ended up on Ibiza ten years ago. Loving the Ibiza life with dog, chickens and her little new family it was only logical to start as a local agent. Having been "on the other side" for so many years she knows exactly what is important during a trip, also before and after. She is keen to think five steps ahead and always offers excellent advice, even without asking.
