With a Hotel School diploma in her pocket she worked in different high end hotels. From front office to assistant general manager, from banqueting reservations to sales manager, nothing about the corporate hotel business is unfamiliar to her. She has broad experience in organizing, coordinating and communicating on many different levels. After many years in the hotel industry she chose to keep working as an organizer and coordinator but then for a large telecom company. One day she was lucky enough to receive this dream phone call from her friend Madeleine on Ibiza who needed help in the incentive industry and off she went. It was there and then that she found out that this line of work fitted her even better and thanks to her broad experience the transition was very easy to make. She’s keen on negotiating the best prices with suppliers, a die hard networker and has a sharp eye for details.

For almost ten years she worked for different incentive companies in The Netherlands, for many years on freelance base. This proved to be a big advantage as she could get a taste of many different approaches to organize corporate travel, meetings and events. From organizing a simple staff outing to developing elaborate marketing campaigns, from intimate VIP dinners in unique settings to an international congress with 1.000+ delegates, she’s done it all. But after years of intensive worldwide travel it was time to settle and by lucky coincidence she ended up on Ibiza seven years ago. Loving the Ibiza life with dog, cat and her little new family it was only logical to start as a local agent. Being ‘on the other side’ for so many years she knows exactly what is important during a trip, but also before and after. She is keen to think five steps ahead and always offers excellent advice, even without asking.
